
FRANK J. MORALES received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Washington University and his Juris Doctor degree (cum laude) from the Washington College of Law at American University. He began working at the firm as an associate attorney in 2007. Prior to joining the firm, Frank spent five years at the National Labor Relations Board in the Special Litigation Branch and the Seattle Regional Office, where he gained experience in bankruptcy, collective bargaining, and union-employer relations. In addition to working on general matters involving the representation of welfare and pension benefits plans, Frank has experience with withdrawal liability, third-party reimbursement, and other general litigation matters involving ERISA plans. Frank is admitted to practice in Washington and Alaska, and is proficient in Spanish.
